Background – On August 25, 2020, the City of Benicia passed a historic initiative, Resolution No. 20-103, “Resolution of the City Council of the City of Benicia Recognizing Benicia Black Lives Matter and Consideration of Actions to Address Unconscious Bias.”
After a thorough search, the City of Benicia called into service, Dr. Maliika Chambers as our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager.
